111PERCENT Operation Policy

This operation policy will cover mobile game services provided by 111 Percent, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "company"), and its purpose is to provide stable service by establishing the basic matters that "users" and the company must comply with.

The "company" has established this operation policy to provide smooth service, protect users, and to quickly and consistently resolve matters that may arise while using the game.

The company shall exercise its best efforts to ensure that users can access the service in a pleasant environment and consistently address problems inside and outside the game from a neutral and objective standpoint.

This operation policy includes information that should be fully acknowledged while in use of the game services. Violation of this operation policy could result in disadvantages to users’ accounts. Please check the below information carefully.

 Article 1. General Considerations

1.1 Purpose

1) This operation policy is designed to address potential problems that may arise in operating services in a reasonable and fair manner. It contains detailed rules for the company to perform the service and for the users to use the provided service.

2) The "company" shall operate from a neutral and objective standpoint, without bias in relation to social or political issues. 

1.2 Application

This operation policy is prioritized for each service provided by the company, excluding cases for the existence of separate policies or special regulations for individual services.

 Items not stipulated in this policy shall be governed according to the 'Mobile Service Terms of Use', 'Privacy Policy & Youth Protection Policy', and the laws of the Republic of Korea.

 1.3 Amendments

The "company" holds the right to add, change, or delete content in the operation policy to elevate the quality of the services.

In such case, the "company" is obligated to announce the details of the amendment with the reason for the revision through one or more contact methods, such as but not limited to in-game customer support or homepage announcement, seven days before the application. In case of items that are deemed significantly disadvantageous to the users, prior announcements shall be made 30 days in advance.

Article 2. Rights and Obligations of “User”2.1 Rights of the "User"
1) The company owns all rights of the game information and game contents (character information, items, game money, etc.) of the user, and the “user” is authorized to use the relevant information based on the operation policy.

2) The “user” can make requests to the company in relation to the game, such as inquiries about the game, bug reports and suggestions through customer support.

2.2 The Obligations of the “User”
1) The “user” must observe this operation policy provided by the company, and the use of the service may be restricted if a violation of the policy is committed.

2) The “user” should not conduct actions that contradict the terms of service and this operation policy and that may have a harmful impact on other members, or that may have a negative influence on the service.

3) The “user” is fully responsible for managing their mobile devices; the user is responsible for any and all losses and damages caused by transferring or renting their own devices to third parties.

Article 3. Rights and Obligations of “Company”

3.1 Rights of the Company

1) The company has the right to suspend part or all of its services temporarily or restrict user access under the circumstances such as but not limited to an abnormality in or out of the game.

2) The company has the right to restrict any and all accounts that violate the standards set forth in the terms of service and operation policy.

3) The company has the right to retain all copyrights and other rights related to all content within the game, such as "character information, items, game money, etc.," beyond the usage rights defined in the terms and conditions, regardless of whether the services are provided for a fee or for free.

3.2 The Obligations of the “Company”

1) The company shall strive to provide an environment where users are able to access the game reliably and consistently.

2) The company shall abide by this operation policy, [Terms of Service], and [Privacy Policy].

3) The company shall laboriously establish a healthy game culture, protect adolescent members from harmful content, and prevent infringement of user rights such as but not limited to defamation.

4) The company shall protect the user information in its possession and will not use, modify, or disclose the information beyond the purpose of collection without authorization. However, the company may provide user's personal information within the scope of its legal obligations in case of formal requests from judicial authorities.

5) The company shall respond to user inquiries in a consistent manner regarding time and quality. However, in cases such as but not limited to future updates, disclosed content, etc., the company may refuse to provide answers or may choose to provide limited information only. Game usage history shall be disclosed unless required by law or in cases where the company acknowledges certain situations necessary for the publication.

6) The company shall perform its given role from a neutral position and will not intervene in any form of disputes between users. However, if the normal operation of services is deemed difficult due to the dispute or if a violation of this operational policy is identified within the dispute, the company may freely review the issue from a neutral perspective and take necessary measures.

Article 4. Service Use Restrictions and Limitations4.1 User Restrictions
Violating this operating policy may result in legal liability and may result in account penalties from the Company. Violations stipulated in the Operational Policy include, but are not limited to the following:

4.1.1 Improper Conduct

Improper conduct refers to the action of intentionally disturbing or displeasing the smooth use of services of other "users". If the company finds a "user" who has acted under the definition of improper conduct, the company may restrict the use of the "user" in accordance with the Operation Policy.

4.1.2 System Faults and Bug Abuse

The act of exploiting the system, or what is called 'bug abuse', refers to the action of gaining unfair advantages by leveraging errors or bugs within the game provided by the "company". If a "user" discovers a bug or any issues within the system while using the service, it is mandatory for him or her to report it through official channels, such as customer service. A "user" who doesn't report such issues but spreads or exploits them might face restrictions in using the service based on the operational policies.

 4.1.3 Illegal Programs

An illegal program refers to a computer program, device, or apparatus that nullifies or disrupts the technical protection measures and regular service operations. The company shall take strong sanctions against creating, sharing, disseminating, and utilizing unauthorized programs that affect standard services.

 4.1.4 Hacking, Account Theft and Disclosure of Personal Information

Hacking, account hijacking and personal information disclosure refers to the unauthorized access to another "user" account or the acquisition, use, and distribution of assets of another person.

The company will take strong sanctions if it develops, shares, distributes, or uses these methods, and may, in some cases, ask the authorities and law enforcement agencies to investigate or seek help.


4.1.5 In-Game Disputes between Users

The company shall not become involved in in-game disputes between users.

However, in regard to the issues restricted in the terms of service and the operation policy, the company may intervene in some part or mediate, through an objective consideration of the severity of the issues and/or the degree of influence on the game. In the above case, the service use can be restricted without prior notice according to the relative importance.


4.1.6 Cash Trade and Advertisements

Cash trade refers to the act of exchanging any asset provided by the company's service for real-world goods or services.

When the company identifies a "user" engaging in cash trades or advertising other services or content, the user's service usage can be restricted according to the operation policy.

 
4.1.7 Use of Unauthorized Programs

All programs and applications that are not officially provided or approved by the company may be considered as unauthorized programs.

The company will not take responsibility for any issues caused by the use of unauthorized programs and in instances where actions of abusing, disturbance in gameplay or service has occurred by using unauthorized programs, the program users can face restriction in the use of the service.

 
4.1.8 Nickname Policy

A nickname can be freely chosen by the "user". However, under the following criteria, the company may freely change/delete the "user" nickname or impose necessary restrictions on the "user". The company shall not offer any support regarding the damages caused by inappropriate nickname changes.


[Nickname Policy Violation]

  • Names impersonating or intended to impersonate the company or a company employee
  • Names with obscene language, slang, or names of human body parts or functions that may offend others
  • Names intended to trade items/accounts by cash/spot or encouraging such trades
  • Names abusing a particular nationality, race, religion, ethnic group, person, gender, disability, etc.
  • Names purporting to advertise or promote particular objects
  • Names that are antisocial or contrary to the relevant laws and regulations
  • Names that are likely to infringe trademark rights, copyrights, and ownership of a third party
  • Other names considered unacceptable under conventional wisdom

4.1.9 Community Chat and Posting Policy

Chats and postings are defined as any text, images, voices, or combination thereof, including but not limited to writings, photographs, and videos, posted by the "user" on the service during its usage.

Chats/Posts that are deemed inappropriate may be deleted or revised without prior notice and may lead to service use restrictions according to the company's policies and this operation policy.

When posts negatively affect the environment of the community and other users, the service use can be restricted in accordance with the service use agreement.


[Inappropriate Chats/Posts]

  • Posts contrary to social order or other traditional customs
  • Posts containing sexual or vulgar expressions
  • Posts that are discriminatory or biased against specific/unspecific targets
  • Posts containing information related to manufacturing, sharing or distributing unofficial programs
  • Posts related to cash/spot trades
  • Posts intended to trade accounts or items that of another game
  • Writings containing commercial contents (such as advertisements, and promotions)
  • Posts impersonating the company and operation team
  • Posts exposing personal information or damaging to another person's honor and dignity
  • Posts infringing the copyrights or intellectual properties of others
  • Posts intended to disturb or slander the business of the company
  • Posts related to any and all criminal acts
  • Posts against relevant laws and regulations
  • Posts with repeated copied and pasted text
  • Posts observed as irrelevant to the subject of each community category

"Users" who repeatedly post content that infringes on the rights (such as copyrights) of the company or a third party may be permanently restricted, in accordance with the company's terms and this operation policy.

 
Article 5. Service Use Restriction

5.1 Types of Service Use Restriction

The company may impose restrictions on "users" when a user performs an action considered as a violation of this operation policy with/without prior notice.

 ※ Game Service Restrictions : A restriction on the use of game services might be enforced, which can include, depending on the circumstances, limitations on device or IP access.

※ Warning Measures : Using communication channels to provide guidance on matters of attention or prohibited actions.

Temporary Account Protection: If a "user" account is subjected to unauthorized access or when there's a need for game data recovery, cash, or other goods restoration due to issues from the company, a provisional login restriction may be applied until the user's identity is confirmed.

※ Nickname Alteration: When inappropriate nicknames are employed, an enforcement will be made to alter the said nickname to adhere to the standards set by the Operational Policy.

 
5.2 Guidelines for Service Use Restrictions

Beyond the items delineated in this policy, the Company may curtail service usage depending on the severity of an issue or its impact on the service, referencing both the “Terms of Use” and the “Operation Policy.”

Any penalties corresponding to infractions can be applied more than once and may be escalated based on the nature of the breach.

The Company, considering its Terms of Use and Operation Policy, reserves the right to take action against any activities deemed detrimental to the continuation of service for other "users", or activities that may undermine the smooth operation of the service or pose a notable threat. Such actions might include warnings or restricting service usage.

Should a third party, through account sharing, violate the terms and this policy using a "user's" account, the Company may restrict the usage of said account and the "user" in question.

Even if not directly outlined as a restriction cause, if any action is unlawful or has a severe adverse effect on the service or other "users", the Company can, as per its agreement and this policy, restrict service usage.

 The Company, upon identifying actions that violate service restrictions, can reclaim in-game content. Based on circumstances, accounts suspected of theft or exploiting bugs, and those that have engaged in in-game transactions with these suspicious accounts, may be temporarily or indefinitely sanctioned, consistent with the Company's terms and policy.

Post evaluation of circumstances via customer support feedback, police investigation reports, and administrative monitoring, the Company can restrict the usage of "users" presumed to have engaged in restrictive actions, as per the Company's terms and this policy.

In instances of suspected irregular usage or attempts thereof, the Company may restrict the related ID's usage as a preventive measure in alignment with the Company's terms and policy.

※ When multiple accounts, accessing from the same IP or device information, are found to be in violation of the operational policy, they may be deemed as actions by a single individual and addressed accordingly.

※ Any game contents like virtual currencies, items, or EXP gained through misuse will be revoked or removed. If these contents have been transferred, utilized, or damaged in a way that makes retrieval challenging, the associated game accounts or data might be reset or deleted. During such actions, users might experience temporary disruptions in accessing the game.

※ In certain serious cases where a bug/exploit is widely disseminated that causes serious harm, a permanent ban may be issued for a first offense.

※ Any game content like virtual currencies, items, or EXP gained through the processes of either the company or open market platforms will be revoked or removed. If these contents have been transferred, utilized, or damaged in a way that makes retrieval challenging, the associated game accounts or data might be reset or deleted.

 ※ Individuals or groups systematically exploiting the company or open market processes with the intention of profit shall take full responsibility for any related legal consequences.

Article 6. Operation Policy for the Protection of Customer Service Representatives

6.1 The following actions infringe on the rights of our counselors and disrupt game operations:

 1) Inquiring with abusive language, sexual harassment, personal insults, and threats towards service representatives

 2) Submitting inquiries with abusive language, sexual harassment, personal insults, and threats that are unrelated to the game

 3) Continuous inquiries filled with abusive language, sexual harassment, personal insults, and threats

 4) Intentionally delaying inquiry sessions by refusing to conclude

 5) Other behaviors that severely mentally distress service representatives, thereby hindering the company's customer support

6.2 In cases where the rights of service representatives are violated or customer support is hindered through 1:1 inquiries or similar avenues, actions can be taken in accordance with the operational policy. 

 ※ If multiple accounts accessing from the same IP or device information engage in abusive language, sexual harassment, or personal insults, it may be considered as actions by the same individual and dealt with accordingly. (Legal actions might be taken depending on the severity of the case).

Article 7. Restoration Policy

When in-game currency, items, or information are lost or changed due to technical or other issues caused by the company, the company will begin inquiries based on data records.

7.1 Restoration is available only when the issue is reported within 7 days of occurring. However, in cases where it is not possible to confirm objective facts through data records, restoration may not be possible.

7.2 The company will not provide any help in cases where in-game items or currency were lost or changed as a result of the “user's” deliberate or mistaken actions, or lack of caution or awareness of information provided by the company such as notifications/operation policies.

 7.3 The company reserves the right to change the content of the game through patches and updates if necessary as per technical/operational requirements. Any information changed or lost as a result of such actions cannot be restored.

7.4 Restoration of items received through an event or as a reward may not be possible.

7.5 The following should be kept in mind when requesting restoration:

① The issue must be reported within 7 days of occurring, and only by the user experiencing the issue. If not, the company will be unable to use data records to confirm the issue, therefore making restoration impossible.

② When requesting restoration, please provide detailed information on how the issue occurred and when.

③ Making false reports may result in disciplinary action such as being restricted from using the service.

④ Restoration requests will be processed according to the order in which they are received. This may take some time as resolving issues requires several steps such as confirming the validity of the request and consulting data records.

⑤ The request may be rejected or resolution may be delayed if the content of the report is inaccurate.

⑥ If the request is made using another user's ID or information, it will be rejected.

6) Restoration policy may differ between games. In the case that clauses of the individual policy of the game conflict with this general policy, the individual policy of the game takes precedence.

Article 8. Guest ID Policy

8.1 Guest ID (account) is bound to a specific device. Actions such as losing the device, factory resets, cache clearing, and data deletion can lead to the displacement, loss, or alteration of device data, causing the ID (account) information to be lost.

The company cannot assist with guest account loss issues or similar matters.
 

8.2 Device Loss
The company cannot provide restoration in cases where ID (account) information is lost due to negligence or oversight, such as transferring the device, performing a factory reset, or deleting cache and data.

8.3 Guest ID (account) does not support account deletion and/or does not guarantee permanent usage.


Article 
9. Game Management Policy

9.1 Currency Usage Policy

1) When a user holds both paid and not paid currency of the same type, paid currency shall be automatically used first. 

2) Either paid or not paid, when a user holds a currency of the same born and not the other, the currency earned first shall be prioritized in usage.

※ Refunds will be processed upon cancellation based on a first-in, first-out method using the record of consumed currency.


9.2 Refund Policy

For goods purchased with a cash payment, if unused, a withdrawal of the purchase is permissible within 7 days from the purchase date. However, the following cases are excluded from the right to withdraw.


[Items Not Eligible for Purchase Withdrawal]

① Items purchased using in-game goods are not eligible for withdrawal, regardless of their usage status.

② Items directly purchased with cash and are used/applied immediately are not eligible for withdrawal.

③ Partially or by whole, if the item provided immediately upon purchase are used, they are not eligible for withdrawal.


[Minor Payment Cancellation]

① If a minor makes a payment without the consent of their legal guardian, either the individual or the legal guardian can request a cancellation of that payment.

② However, cancellations might be restricted if the payment by the minor was made within the range of assets permitted by the legal guardian, or if false reports were filed regarding the minor's transaction.

③ The determination of whether the buyer of the service is a minor will be based on records such as the device and payment method holder. When necessary, documentation proving the minor's identity and/or their legal guardian may be requested.

Article 10. Personal Information Management

"User" shall be responsible for the damage or result caused by intentional negligence of the "User".

The responsibility for damages arising from the sharing of IDs, transfers, cash or spot transactions shall be borne by the "user" who registered or used the ID.
